1. Delivery Policy
1.1 Free Nationwide Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders within South Africa. Our goal is to ensure a fast and efficient shipping experience.
1.2 Delivery Timeframes
● Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
● Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
● Remote and outlying areas may require additional delivery time.
1.3 Delivery Requirements
● A valid street address is required for delivery (we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes).
● A responsible individual must be present to receive the order and sign for the delivery.
● If no one is available at the time of delivery, our team will contact you to arrange a redelivery, which may incur additional charges.
1.4 Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen events such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery schedules. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
2. Installation Policy
2.1 Installation Availability
● Free installation is included within South Africa.
● In other areas outside South Africa, installation services are not included.
2.2 Installation Process
● Our expert team will assemble and install your All-in-One Trainer at your chosen location.
● We ensure the equipment is properly set up and tested before completing the installation.
● Upon completion, a signature is required to confirm that the installation was completed successfully.
2.3 Installation in Other Areas
In the unforeseen circumstances that our team cannot install your purchase:
● We may opt to use a third-party
● We will still provide free installation if this occurs
● All other installation policy requirements will still apply
3. Important Notes
● Customers must ensure there is sufficient space for installation before delivery. One must do this by measuring the intended space and comparing it to our products assembled dimensions provided on our website
● If access to the installation area requires stairs, elevators, or special arrangements, please inform us in advance.
● Once installation is complete, we reserve the right to take pictures for internal records and marketing purposes.
