Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility


We want you to be fully satisfied with your All-in-One Trainer purchase. If you experience any issues, you may return or exchange your product under the following conditions:
● The return request is made within 7 days of delivery and installation.
● The product is in its original condition, and with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
● Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation or receipt).
● The product is not damaged due to misuse, or neglect.


2. Non-Returnable Items


The following are not eligible for return:
● Products that have been damaged due to misuse such as dents, scratches.
● Products with missing parts, accessories.
● Damage caused by misuse, accidents.


3. Warranty & Defective Product Returns


● If your All-in-One Trainer has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and installation.
● We will arrange for inspection, repair, or replacement at no cost to you.
● If the issue is covered under warranty, we will handle all necessary repairs or exchanges.
● We reserve the right to repair your All-in-One Trainer before replacing it.

4. Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us at info@minotaur-gear.co.za with your order details and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization.
3. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
4. Once received, we will inspect the product and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.


5. Refunds & Processing Time


● Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
● Processing may take 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
● Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


6. Exchanges


If you would like to exchange your All-in-One Trainer for a different model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may involve additional costs if upgrading to a higher-tier model.


7. Return Shipping


● If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
● If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
